I'm a hungarian contemporary composer. My father (László Sáry) and my uncle (József Sári) are likewise composers.

I always wanted to be a composer. I composed short music pieces for piano when I was around 3 years old. (I made graphic scores, drowings instead of the musical scores, because I couldn't read and write scores at that time)

I have finished my composition studies at the Ferenc Liszt University of Music Budapest in 1999. Last year, in 2016 I got my DLA degree at the same place. 

​

My wife is designer and sculptor. We are married for fourteen years and we have two beautiful children. Our boy, called 'Farkas' is 8 years old, the little girl, called 'Teréz' is 4. They are the most important in my life nowadays.

​

At the moment I teach at the Eszterházy Károly University in Eger and at the same time I am a freelance composer. I  compose music (almost all the time:-) and I have a lot of plan for the future.
